Transformations for the Good of the People

“I’ve learned that fear limits you and your vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for you. The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path. Transforming fear into freedom – how great is that?” ~Soledad O’Brien

A place where people feel valued brings about change in everyone involved

The power of positivity is something we hear and speak of quite frequently. But how often do we practice what we preach?

“Perception often becomes reality when it comes to workplace challenges,” said Haroun. “Rather than seeing a negative situation as a weakness, see it as an opportunity to turn the weakness into a strength.”  Sammi Caramela

I’m planning to put together a “Basket of Be-attitudes” to help support our kiddos!  However, I’m also preparing some encouragement quotes for our staff members as well.  Everyone needs and deserves positive accolades once an awhile and what better way to start the year off but with a kind affirmation in the right direction!

Gratitude is absolutely the way to bring more into your life.  ~Marci Shimoff    (Self-improvement author)

“Encouragement breeds motivation. You can never encourage someone too much to make them lose their motivation, but criticise people once and you’ve not only killed their joy but also drained their motivation. Encouragement is not just telling people how they’re doing, but it’s helping them realise what they’re doing good and helping them with what they’re not doing well.”
