Through my experiences with trust, I’ve learned that it IS the sole basis for deeply rooted friendships. I’ve lost individuals due to ‘trust’ issues, but I’ve also gained close friends due to trust. No matter what, it’s the experience of the lesson learned that we MUST take away. It’s always a good feeling when someone shares something about themselves and starts out with:
“I know I can trust you…”
“I want to share something with you that I’ve not shared with anyone else.”
“I know I can count on you to keep this a secret.”
“I trust that you won’t share this with anyone else.”
I just had someone share with me this past week something extremely personal about themselves and it inspired me to share this post on TRUST. I feel it’s important to speak of those qualities that make not only friendships bloom, but creates joyous energy for greater moments to follow. Too much negativity (gossip, quarreling, etc.), makes for toxic relationships and unhealthy environments for others. More positive light and love need to be shared and shown, thus creating a more peaceful atmosphere in our homes, neighborhoods, work establishment, and communities. ❤
